• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery Times:
  • Regular Shipping: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
    If no shipping method is selected, Regular Shipping will be applied by default. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are based on the selected shipping method and will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with the product price.
• Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We recommend making arrangements for someone trustworthy to receive your package if you are unavailable. If a package is returned to the post office, we will provide you with the location's details upon request. It is your responsibility to collect the package promptly to avoid it being returned to us.
• Additional Charges: Any additional charges, such as import fees or fees from the postal service, must be paid by the customer to receive the package. Allherbalstore is not liable for packages that are undelivered due to unpaid fees.
• Delays Due to External Factors: Unforeseen circumstances, such as government restrictions, severe weather, natural disasters, or absence of a recipient, may cause delays or undeliverable packages. In such cases, we will issue a full refund if the package cannot be delivered.
