1. Are these products free from side-effects?

A. Yes, these products free from side-effects since these are all dermatologically tested herbal commodities. If your body is specifically allergic to a particular content, you may check the whole ingredient list if it is present. Else you are good to go without worries. Alternatively, if you buy something for application on your skin you must first go with applying that on a small region to make sure you are not intolerant. We cannot entertain the issues that occurred because of your negligence.

2. How do you secure my data?

A. All kinds of details are secured using the latest security measures and our commitment to never disclose our consumers' crucial data. We follow this principle throughout. You may refer more to our Privacy Policy to cover detail-oriented information.

3. What measures are taken if consumers do not get what they want?

A. This may include two aspects – either someone doesn't get what's ordered after waiting for the recommended days, OR the size/quantity, count or the product itself is inappropriate. In any of the cases, our consumers must seek assistance from us to resolve, delay of which may not lead to expected implementation. Please read our Return Policy.

4. How will I trace my order?

A. We will share the tracking URL via email after the confirmed dispatch which shall be used by you to trace your ordered package.

5. Is that permitted to ship to other geographic regions?

A. Yes, one may simply need to make alterations in the address section in order to deliver the parcel to other geographic locations since we do not have an option of multiple addresses at a single time as of now.

6. Are there any physical retail stores available nearby my location?

A. No, we have no physical retail store, but only online website through which purchases can be made. If we make any future plans related to this we will surely communicate with you.

7. Are cancellations permitted post payment?

A. We permit only one cancellation post payment and that too should be in accordance with our regulations. This includes a situation in which the dispatch hasn't yet happened. You should read our Return Policy for more details.
