Return Policy

A return policy is a draft where we inform our customers about the policies concerning returns, refunds, and cancellations and thereby investigate the reason for cancellation and return. We let our customers reverse the purchase under certain conditions.

We guarantee to give you the returns if certain cases are established to be true, for instance, the package has not reached the destination or the postal/courier office even after the estimated date of delivery; the package was found damaged/expired while opening and if the product ordered and later received was different in size, number, color or the product itself. If any of the above conditions are proven true then you will receive a refund.

Those who wish to cancel or return, have to inform our customer-care to start the process ASAP. There are few conditions in which Allherbalstore will not grant refunds, for example, the product damaged from your end, or customer provided a wrong address or didn't pick (in case of receiver's absence at the moment of delivery) from postal/courier office.

Refund process from our side will be done as promptly as possible but that might reflect slow in your account, taking approximately 10 to 15 days. If the refund amount is not credited even after this time, customer necessarily has to communicate the Credit card authorities.

If the order or the item(s) that customer needs to cancel have not been dispatched then you can cancel if you allow us to know within 24 hours of the order initiated. Return of an expressed package won't be entertained. Moreover, the cancellation will not be imparted more than once.
