-Each capsule contains 250 mg Gurmar whole plant extract (as dry extract) (10:1) (equivalent to 2500 mg of Gurmar whole plant). When assayed these capsules contain Gymnemic acid NLT 25%.
-In Ayurvedic herbalism for thousands of years, Gurmar has been historically used to manage healthy blood sugar levels. This has been backed up with numerous modern studies demonstrating its positive effect in neutralizing the cravings for sweets. It is considered to have stimulating, laxative and diuretic properties.
